In July, we celebrated the remarkable leaders whose vision, service, and generosity have shaped our organization over five decades at our 50th Anniversary Leadership Luncheon.

In attendance were past and current executive directors, board chairs, Literacy Empowerment Campaign (LEC) chairs, current board members, and YLI staff, each recognized for their valuable contribution to our mission.

The luncheon offered an opportunity to reflect as we shared memories and acknowledged the contributions of those who have guided YLI’s growth. We also took time to discuss the evolving needs of adult literacy and how we can ensure our work remains impactful as we look ahead. We’re extremely grateful to everyone who attended, as well as those who served but couldn’t attend.
